We are now available exclusively for private hire, offering a relaxed yet premium setting for celebrations, gatherings, and bespoke events. Known for great food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Social-Eyes is designed to bring people together in a space that feels special but never stuffy.
We offer a range of catering packages, from relaxed buffets and elegant afternoon teas to fun pizza parties for the kids, making us perfect for birthdays, baby showers, family celebrations, and social get-togethers.

Drawing from 15 years of experience in London’s dynamic hospitality scene, founder Ria Thomas envisioned bringing sophisticated city dining to the heart of Earl Shilton.
Social-Eyes Bistro represents the culmination of her expertise in hospitality and event management, combined with a deep understanding of creating memorable social experiences in the heart of the Earl Shilton Community.
A significant life change in 2023 – the arrival of her first child – inspired Ria to return to her hometown of Leicester. This homecoming was a big adjustment for Ria, going from working in the hustle and bustle of London to working from home day in day out. Ria craved a social interaction.
This sparked a vision:
To create a space that would blend urban sophistication with the warmth of local community.
Social-Eyes Bistro was born, to cultivate an atmosphere where connections flourish naturally.
Our space adapts seamlessly to every occasion – from casual morning coffee meetings to elegant evening gatherings. We pride ourselves on being a versatile venue where new parents can find comfort during daytime meetups, while professionals and retirees alike discover their own perfect moments throughout the day.
